Overview

Out of the many features of a peer-to-peer loyalty programs, one is to be able to send loyalty points to one of your friends or family members as a gift. A user has a specific amount of loyalty points that he earned from making transactions at specific stores, these points are collected at a digital wallet through which he can make good use of by multiple ways. A user can show his collected points, know where to redeem these points (at specific list of stores), top up his points wallet, send points to his friends or family members as a gift, has a transactions history of all the points he earned, received, and redeemed at stores.

Solution

In addressing the need for a versatile and user-friendly loyalty point exchange platform, our solution was a comprehensive digital wallet system designed for seamless loyalty point management. Key components of the solution included:

• Digital Wallet Integration: A secure and intuitive digital wallet where users can easily view their loyalty point balance, earned from transactions at participating stores.

• Point Gifting Feature: Enabled users to send loyalty points to friends or family members as gifts, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the value of the loyalty program.

• Redemption Options: A detailed directory within the wallet app where users could discover where to redeem their points, including a wide range of participating stores and services.

• Points Top-Up Facility: Allowed users to purchase additional points directly within the wallet, ensuring they can always have enough points for their desired redemption.

• Transaction History: A comprehensive log of all point transactions, including points earned, gifted, received, and redeemed, offering users complete transparency and control over their loyalty points.
